Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

At the moment, items at this store are produced and fulfilled with Printful. All sent products are marked with Printful’s return address for your convenience and any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Printful’s part are covered at their expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report with Printful. You can also email me at info@animalsofpnw.com with any questions or concerns.

Animals of the Pacific Northwest is a website and store that respects your privacy and committed to protecting it. The purpose of this policy is to let you know what personal and identifiable information that may be collected on the site and how it may be used. Information that’s voluntarily submitted includes leaving a comment, subscribing to the newsletter, or buying an item from the store.
